Welcome to InnovOak School Lunch Program!

To make this program straightforward for parents, we are collaborating with My Lunchies. My Lunchies! by Meal in a Jar are more than a healthy and balanced meal for your kids. It is also an innovative catering service that aims to provide a fresh and tasty option. 

❇️Vegetarian/Vegan diets are replaced by tofu, chickpeas, lentil, quinoa, etc.
❇️Pork and beef are replaced by chicken.

Please fill out and submit the digital form below for each child participating. We require a form to be filled out once for the new school year unless your child has new allergen or food preference, then please update us asap.
